Pool Table Moving

Teardown follows a set order and the build reverses it: cloth, pockets, rails, bed sections, frame and legs, wrapped as each piece comes off.
An open timber back stair changes how that order is used. Pieces go up one at a time with a hand on each end, nothing is rested against a rail, and the sequence is planned from the landing depths rather than from habit.

What the number is built from.
- Home to home move. Stair charges may apply, quoted against the actual staircase.
- We will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
- How many flights of back stairs, and how deep the landing is at each turn.
- Whether the truck can use the alley, or has to stand on a permit street out front.
- Whether new cloth goes on during the move, which beats bringing a crew back for it.
A picture of the table and one taken standing on the back landing will sharpen the number more than any description.
What finished looks like
We here at Chicago Pool Table Movers guarantee all of our work. If you use our services and feel that we did something incorrectly, or that your table is becoming unlevel, we will come back out to fix the issue. This is good for six months after your service is completed.
Our normal appointment times are at 8 or 9 am and 1 or 2 pm. There is an additional cost of $30 if we need to carry the table up stairs on an installation. On a home to home move, stair charges may apply. We will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
